Your client doesn’t browse a list of links. They read a proposal made just for them.

Why this one? 400 m to the beach and a south-facing terrace, just what you asked for on our first call.

How it works

From links to a finished proposal in minutes

…and then you see what your client read the longest.

1

Paste links or a PDF

Listing links from any portal or developer website, PDF brochures, screenshots. You can also dictate what your client is looking for.

2

AI builds the proposal

The assistant pulls in the details, translates the descriptions, picks the best photos, pins each property on a map and explains why it suits your client.

3

Send a single link

The proposal goes live at your own address. You make changes by chatting: “add the payment schedule”, “swap the order”.

What else it can do

It does the things you never have time for

A developer brochure, made readable

From a 40-page PDF, the assistant pulls out prices, sizes, completion dates and renders, and turns the payment plan into clear stages.

0:42

Dictate it or drop in a screenshot

Describe your client out loud in the car, or paste a screenshot of a section you like. The assistant turns it into part of the proposal.

Budget: up to €300k, 2 bedrooms
Ruled out: ground floor, far from the beach
Asking about: the payment plan

It remembers your client

Come back a week later and the assistant still knows the budget, the preferences and what your client turned down. No need to explain it all again.

Know what to talk about before your client calls back

See every time the proposal is opened, how long it was read and which property your client lingered on. You call with something specific, not just “so, what did you think?”.

  • A notification when your client opens the proposal, so you know they really saw it
  • See whether someone else opened it too, such as a partner
  • Time spent and reactions for every property

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When your client opens the link, you get a notification in your dashboard and an email summary with the reading time and the property they lingered on longest. You can also see whether the proposal was opened on a second device or by someone else, such as a partner or business associate. No notification means nobody has looked yet.
